The prior review is of operations the USPS, mistakenly posted to this private business Postal Annex. I have used this store for about two years, and they just take things to the post office. They don't have any control over whether the USPS delivers them all or not.\r \r This Postal Annex has been actually very courteous and helpful, so if the prior reviewer has a beef with the USPS, there's not much this business can do about it. more
