Great manicure and amazing facial 6/12/2011

I tried Posh Nails Spa after trying manicures in many other places in Atlanta - this place is the best so far. I have an acrylic coat put over my natural nails and Lisa is the best at creating the thin and natural look I want, keeping the natural curve of my nails. I also went to her for the most divine facial ever! She uses Dermalogica products witha special polishing brush and my skin glows after. She takes a lot of care. It's a completely pampering and luxurious experience and the price is right for me too. more

Good with nails, bad customer service 11/30/2010

So I phone this place to get a gift certificate for my sister. When my sister went to pick it some time later no one knew anything about it. I talked to the business several times and provided information for them to track the charge that came out of my account to include 1800 numbers for my bank and tracking numbers. These people will not take the second and call to verify. They wanted “hard” proof which meant "sent my bank statement with other charges". At this day an age, one should't have to go through all that. Forget it! They lost my sister, niece, and grandmother as regular customers all over a sad 50 dollar charge. How sad! I bet they will now that in fact they got my money when my bank informs them that I’m disputing the charge. more

awesome and professional staff ! 11/16/2010

When I first moved to Atlanta, I tried to find a good place to have myself pampered. After going to some places in Buckhead, I FINALLY found Posh Nails. The price is reasonable, but most of all, the staffs are very friendly. Especially Sandra, the little sweet one, who is multilingual (very impressive), really friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very good at customer service. Whatever questions related to her job you might have, she always explains and answer it to you. She did not only do her job very well but she also kept me company while I was there and took enough time for her clients\ !!!! What I also like best is Sandra really only focus on her clients by talking to them instead of talking in Vietnamese with her coworkers like the others or at any place I already went. more

Great Mani/Pedi 6/23/2010

I recently visited Posh Nails Salon and I was not disappointed. There wasn't a long wait (which is always a plus) and the customer service is awesome! I will definitely visit again once I'm back in town. Great JOB! Pros: Fast and Quick more

Great Service! Nice, fast, on the go Mani/Pedi Spot 12/29/2009

My sister and I found this place after going to sugar coat and being turned away. We were happy that the people who worked there were nice and friendly. They were accomodating and worked quickly to get us in the chairs. Really the decor is not as "edgy" as other nail bars, but they did a really good job. The only thing is that it was a little pricey, my sis paid $40 for a pedi/brow job even though there was sign out front stating that first time consumers would get 20% off. But, I would go again just because the people were nice. Pros: Great, Fast Service Cons: A little pricey more

Fabulous Pedicures! 10/5/2008

I don't live in Atlanta, but when I'm in town I can't wait to see Kim at Posh Nails. She is very friendly, patient, and gentle with everyone she works on. I stand for a living (hair stylist) so my feet get pretty rough, and she always makes them look fab, and the experience is so relaxing. I have fallen asleep more than once in her care:) The entire staff is friendly, but my favorite is Kim. Pros: talent, cleanliness, friendly Cons: Buckhead betty clientele come in late and expect nail tech to stop working, even though they are an hour late:( more

What a fun place! 5/30/2002

Friendly nail technicians who want to know your name? They're hard to find in Atlanta, but one of them works here. Kim, the manager, goes out of her way to get to know and have a conversation with her clients. The pedicure is $18 and the manicure is $11. Not the cheapest in town, but it's right in the heart of Buckhead--a perfect place to get your nails done on a lunch break. more
