Best

Prompt service, great delivery and they even gave me a 10% card for anytime I eat there. They have me as a customer anytime I want pizza in downtown San Jose.

Worst

Prompt delivery, but the pizza was really bad.

The food was warm, and hearty! Loved the big salad and french bread that came with my spaghetti dinner. The stuffed mushrooms were very tasty. Great service will order again from them more

Pretty good pizzas. But the downfall is like everyone these days they consider themselves a specialty pizza and charge extra for it. Real Chicago Pizzas usually have more toppings than you get here and not as thick of crust. They are well done here, not to complain. Great catchy names for the pizzas and styles. But overall you are better off with cheaper pizza. more

omg yum 3/2/2011

got take out last week for my best friend's birthday. OMG, it was so good. i've had other deep dish pizza before, but this was definitely the best. the sauce was kind of sweet, which i love. it looked like the restaurant was not to big, not a great place to eat in. but it was perfect for our small party at the house. it was super filling, too, so we were able to feed a lot of people. TRY IT! more

Gotta Have It!! 8/3/2010

The Pizza here is the best in the area hands down. It’s the deep dish / pan style pizza. They have a great variety of fixings for meat-lovers and vegetarians. I was recently was turned on to this place by a fellow employee, Now I eat here weekly. It’s comparable to a place like Bj’s. You can sit down or get take out/delivery. Beware, the place is small and fills up quickly so if you’re hungry or in a hurry you may want to plan ahead. I’ve tried a few different types of pie here and have been impressed with all of them! I personally like the fridge which is similar to a combination. The sauce is also very sweet and thick. It’s a great place to grab a meal with a group!\r \r \r more

Not bad, but absolutely nothing like Chicago-style pizza.\r \r Other than Chicago themed names, this has nothing to do with my hometown. If you are looking for pizza, this is fine, good even...just no Gino's, Lou M's, Giorodano's, Edwardo's. more

Worst delivery service I've ever had. 8/9/2008

Do not order pizza from here for home delivery!\r \r We ordered from Pizz'a Chicago because they were the only place we found right away that served deep-dish Chicago Style pizza. So we decided to give them a try.\r \r When they took my order, I had to repeat my address and my order twice. I told them I had a coupon for a large specialty pizza and after ordering a half Sears Tower/half Rush Street, I was asked what size pizza I wanted... reminding them that I'm using a coupon for a large specialty pizza.\r \r I was told that our pizza would take 45 min-1 hour for delivery. It took about and 15 minutes. The delivery person asked for more than what the total should have been, and had to remind him as well that we were using a coupon for a large specialty. He then re-did the math in his head, and we tipped accordingly.\r \r We took the pizza in to the kitchen and opened it up. It was only very mildly warm at best. Half the pizza was correct... the other half not what I ordered at all.\r \r Trying twice to call back to address the issue, I was put on hold where I was kept on hold for over 20 minutes and never had someone pick the phone back up to even inform someone directly of the discrepancies.\r \r I will never be ordering from them again. It was quite literally the worst delivery ordering experience I've ever had. I would warn others to order at their own risk. Pros: Decent pizza Cons: Horrendous delivery service. more
