I went in with a cold on my first visit with complaints of my right ear hurting. She never even looked in my ear nor at my throat etc.. but sure enough she asked me everything else. Later that same night my right ear started hurting severely to the point that my ear drum finally ruptured. The next day I made an appointment to see a ENT physician that was wonderful, but he too was shocked that Dr. Bush never even looked in my ear after reporting that it hurt. Had she looked into my ear she could have prevented the severe pain and rupturing of my ear drum. It took several months for my ear drum to repair itself along with additional doctor appointments and an audiology eval. be warned!!
