The best I've ever had. 8/18/2008

The best, period. \r \r The Great Pho Houses are usually family run. That means the waiter is probably a son, a niece, a sister in law, but family for sure. I have been coming here for years and have enjoyed every meal served me. The occaisional ""unahappy parent/manager"" is just a condiment for the fabulous soup as well, and I encourage everyone to dine here regularly! Best spring rolls ever! The 8 years that I lived in Atlanta, I probably ate there around 2-3 times weekly. I always ordered the #2 Pho and spring rolls with peanut sauce. The service is friendly but at times, the staff is really busy when there is a full house. I recommened it to a friend and he eats there at least 3 times a week. Wonderful Place! 3/25/2006

This restaurant is a delightful place to eat. The food is excellent and the service friendly. I have been eating here at least twice a week for about two years. It's quiet enough to read a book or study which I do frequently. The staff is always pleasant and after I became a regular customer automatically ask me which of my favorite dishes I'll be having when I walk in. My friends and family have been delighted with this restraurant. While it may not be well known, you can also call ahead for takeout or dining in and your order will be ready when you arrive. Very authentically Vietnamese 11/21/2005

This is a very Vietnamese place, often very crowded and very loud, and some times the staff is rushed and rather monosyllabic....however, the service, if sometimes a little brusque, has never been bad, and the food is very good and highly reasonably priced, and the CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP IS GREAT !!!! Give Pho 96 a try, preferably at a time when they are not hosting a wedding or birthday party, the food is worth it----WARNING, several TV's play Vietnamese music videos constantly....overall, great for take out!! Worst service in Atlanta 10/30/2005

The server was pushy and aggressive. At one point he approached us and mused, ""You eat with chopsticks??"" We ordered hot tea when we first sat down, but realized halfway into our meal it hadn't arrived yet. When we were almost done, a woman brought the tea. We kindly refused since we were finished. She abruptly left the table and started screaming -- yes, screaming -- to the server in what we assume was Vietnamese. This continued for several minutes. We paid the bill and left. Don't waste your time with this place. Go someplace else down the street. Pros: other places nearby Cons: Rude staff, Loud staff, Ignorant staff more
