I have been fortunate enough to be a client of Jason's at Paragon Salon for the last six years and I can't even begin to put into words what an amazing colorist he is.... But I'll give it a try...... He was incredible when I first starting going to him but he has continued his education and he has honed his craft to an art form. This is the bestest Salon. I got a hair cut just two weeks back from some other salon and i didn't like it at all. May be the hair stylist didn't understand my requirements. She was more interested in seeing herself in the mirror rather than my hair. I was so disappointed and sad that I couldn't even tell her about it. For two weeks I was under stress looking at my hair. Than I searched for best salons in Atlanta and ofcourse found Paragon's name. I thought let the experts take care of my hair. And believe me, they are THE EXPERTS!!! CRYSTAL listened to me with both the ears open and that impressed me a lot. Thats all i needed. Somebody to listen to me what exactly i want to be done to my hair. I'm a busy new mom and was in DESPERATE need of a little time away from the house and some help with my hair. I'm so happy I found Paragon Salon! I live 20 miles away and I'm terrible with directions and after passing the parking deck was able to call the salon and they led me right to them (I believe it's called Point View parking deck). It was actually very easy to find. The drive was WELL worth it... from the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. Crystal met me at the front desk and offered me something to drink. I happily sipped on my glass of wine and just decompressed. Crystal was very personable and she is a GREAT at what she does!!! I've never been so happy with my hair! She managed to fix all the uneven color I had and made it look very natural. I got home and my husband was even impressed! The awesome results I got and the short break I had to take care of myself really recharged my energy. It was a great afternoon and I loved meeting Crystal! I will definitely be back! more

I've been a client of Jason (color) and Joseph (cut & style) at Paragon for over 5 years, following the salon through three changes of location. I couldn't be happier with the services I've received. At my first consultation, Jason spent more time listening to my concerns and explaining my options than the transplant surgery team did when I donated a kidney to my brother! As a result, thanks to JASON, I left with gorgeous, shiny, healthy-looking hair in a base color much more appropriate for my skin tone - and with many shades of highlights and lowlights. Just beautiful! And thanks to JOSEPH, I have long layers that don't ""thin out"" my hair as at previous salons and which fall into place after shampooing and drying at home. Joseph never tries to talk his clients into a drastic change if that isn't what they want. He understood that I wanted to keep as much length as possible. I credit Jason and Joseph with keeping my long, layered hair looking better than it did in my twenties. Now that my roots show about 90% gray, I am rearranging my budget to allow more frequent visits to Jason. He's worth it and I've decided that Paragon is a necessity - my most luxurious necessity. I am so thankful I was introduced to Paragon Salon. You feel like a queen from the moment you walk in! All my years of different hair colors and hair stylists. Mallory took my dry damaged lifeless head of hair and changed it into the most beautiful color. She works her majic and makes it seem so easy as her knowledge and skill is obvious. Paragon is a superior salon in many ways! I found it very easy to locate in midtown, not far from Atlanta Station. The salon is connected to a parking deck; very convenient when trying to park in midtown! Though I was very nervous about getting bangs cut, as I had not had true bangs since middle school, Crystal exceeded my expectations and showed me exactly what to do when styling them on my own. She is also an excellent colorist, very personable, and made the experience wonderful. They serve wine, coffee, and snacks as well! I will go back! more

I was desperate for help after a couple of years of going to a colorist who used old methods for coloring my hair. It was dry, brittle and just unhealthy. Mallory studied my hair and chose a color product that looked so natural and brought my hair back to life. She also introduced me to a new bi-weekly conditioner that is amazing! I just had my second visit with here and after leaving the salon, my hair is in better shape than the first time. This young woman knows her stuff! I'm hooked and recommend her highly. I went to paragon salon today after buying it on groupon.it was my first experience with groupon,but after i googled the salon and read all the good commments,i thought ill give it a try.its in atlanta,a place i hate to go alone since im direction challenged,even with navigation!I was 10 min late,but called,they couldnt have been nicer.Met Wanda, a sweet unassuming gal.I have had some great experiences,and alot not with my hair.I will go and spend anything if i like my cut! What more can i say than she blew me awy fixing my bad haircut from one of the best haircutters in atl! she said she would trim it and i took that to mean ill look as bad leaving as i came in.perfect haircut,amazing blowout.i always hate how my hair looks from someone elses blowout! she took alot of time and made it perfect and making sure everything from length to how i like my bangs was how I liked it! I LOVE THIS GIRL!! I told her after my cut that I was a haircutter years ago with alot of training in NY and could see she was giving me a great cut! I walked into places today to see folks i know and they asked me what changed that i looked so good.I picked up the phone as soon as i left there and called all my buds to tell them about this great find! wonderful place,friendly,not in a hurry,pushy,or fake.Much as i dont like driving 80 miles plus round trip..im finally thrilled to find WANDA!!\r \r i went back again and although i like wanda alot,it is way too hard to get in and out of this place trafficwise.then i wrote a check and youd think i was trying to rob them! the gal wouldnt let me leave cause she said they dont take checks.manager..or owner said no one writes checks anymore.well sorry but im from the dark ages cause i lost my credit card.it was such a pain,i thought ill never come back here..wanda is a sweetheart but haircut was not dome the same as the first time,so i didnt enjoy it as well.id give her another try if she didnt work there.too much of a pain for me anyway..she a great gal just the same! more

I ended up finding out about Paragon through Groupon and it turned out to be the BEST decision I've ever made. Normally the salon would be out of my price range so I was thrilled when I had to chance to get a Groupon and go. I have lived in Atlanta for 3 years now and have bounced around looking for a hair dresser to be loyal to. When I called and my appointment the owneranswered to schedule my haircut and was very nice and listened to my needs about who I wanted to see. I have long thick curly/wavy hair that no one has really been about to cut so that going natural or straight both look good. He recommended Brenda- and it turned out to be fate! When I got to the salon Brenda greeted me and we sat down to talk about what I wanted. She was very friendly and listened well- but she was realistic about my expectations and honest with what I had to do to get my desired look. After the haircut was finished she walked me through the styling process and how I could do it at home. MY HAIR LOOKS AMAZING! It is the only time I have left a salon and not rushed home to re-style my hair! I would recommend her to anyone. I have to admit it was pricey but you really get a great quality experience- definitely worth it! more

Wanda cut my hair 6 weeks ago, and the cut still looks amazing! Paragon is slightly pricey for me, but Wanda's cuts are so amazing that I can go longer in between cuts and still look great. My hair is wavy and fine and I have been trying to achieve a sexy ""layered"" look without having so much taken out that my hair looks stringy or bare (anyone with fine hair will understand what I mean). Wanda did a technique that I have never seen before that helped me get this look while avoiding an overly-layered, messy look - its just a perfect balance. I had an AMAZING first experience at Paragon Salon this morning! I saw Mallory, one of the newer stylists and she did an incredible job! I brought in a picture of what I wanted for my color and she nailed it! The color looks amazing and she styled me out beautifully. I will be telling all of my friends about Mallory at Paragon Salon and will without a doubt be a returning customer. I came to Paragon because my stylist, Ashley decided to do her business from there, and since she is so amazing, I followed her as her client. The atmosphere in Paragon is classy, contemporary and hip, but still has a warm, welcoming feel. The stylists are very professional and offer a wide range of services, including the best exclusive hair extenstions you can find in Atlanta! Ashley is a wonderful stylist and a fabulous colorist. She has brought my hair literally to new levels that I never knew could be achieved! She is friendly, professional, beautiful and her brilliant hair color and style are an example of yet another stylist's fabulous work at Paragon. Roosevelt did my make-up for a video shoot and I've never looked so great! He made me look like a celebrity! He played up my best features, and he made me look beautiful! My make-up was flawless and not over-the-top like some other make-up artists I've worked with in Atlanta.
