The property management company that I rent from decided to change pool service companies. I was told to call Osborne to arrange for the new schedule for my pool service, which I did. Mr Osborne told me he would call me back on Mon or Tues to give me my schedule. Finally, on Wednesday, I received a voice mail from Mr. Osborne that my pool would be serviced every Thursday, starting today. I left my gate unlocked, but received no pool service. I called Mr Osborne several times, but got his voice mail and no call back. I am not anticipating a good relationship with this pool company and would not recommend.
