The only pancake house I've ever been to where I can eat a considerable amount, yet not feel absolutely awful afterward nor regretful that I ate the food. This is also my 6-year old daughter's all-time favorite restaurant, and the only place she cleans her plate.
The wait on a typical weekend morning is tough - especially in the hot sun. We sometimes feel a bit rushed by the staff to wrap it up (b/c other patrons are perpetually waiting). But most of the wait staff is genuinely OK, and nice/attentive to kids.
One of the hostesses looks like Gwyneth Paltrow with shorter hair (and how can she given she works in a pancake house that routinely slabs on silver dollar-sized dollops of butter?!).
Pros: Fabulous pancakes, Fabulous French Toast, Fresh squeezed OJ
Cons: A bit expensive, Sometimes rushed, Long waits
