They didn't have what I wanted in stock, yet they told me they had 2 in stock on the phone. Once there they called their Goleta store, said that they had it there. Drove out there, they didn't have it, but that I could go back to the SB store because they have it. Thanks for messing up my day Kragen! more

I ordered a fuel filter for my volvo. I was told 3 days for delivery. It has been 6, so I went in. They asked if someone had called.I told them the part was already overdue. Then they checked and said the computer said it was there, but they couldnt find it. I had to borrow a car to use and I wont be using a vender that cant deliver on time or find parts in their own store. Through out this entire time dealing with workers and management not once did I get a "We screwed up or we are sorry", To them I was just another bitchey customer and the way they deal with a problem is to give a refund and pretend it never happened. I just wish there was a rating lower than 1 star. I would suggest anyone looking for parts try Auto Zone on milpas street. more

I've definitely gotten lucky here like when my Jeep needed a new battery pronto on a busy preholiday weekend and they had one in stock...also have used them for replacement windshield wipers, general car fluids, small parts ie. blinker bulbs, seat covers, and other regular parts. Definitely don't expect to find parts for all cars or trucks, esp. specialty/euro/good quality aftermarket...if you want the best choice try the internet first and use this place for basic needs. \r The aisles are really tight in here so have a list a make it quick...its hard to find the line near the parts counter so be aggressive! I nearly got into it with some woman who insisted on cutting in front of me in line because she had been standing in the wrong place and "had to get up San Marcos Pass immediately!" despite the fact that I had been there before her! more
