Good: The first impression given to me by the staff here makes my overall opinion of the place negative.. Bad: Being sent there by workman's comp, I knew nothing of the place. After being called back, my significant other wished to accompany me in order to cover questions I may not have thought of, she was rudely and unprofessionally denied passage in a distasteful manner my a middle aged, red hair hispanic female that is apart of the staff. On top of that, I had concerns about the x-ray procedure due to the fact it would have been the 2nd ocassion that week and she LIED to me stating "I would be shielded."I was not. Improvements: To treat every patient (workman's comp or otherwise) with the same respect and courtesy. You are providing a service and being compensated for such.. Other: It is of no fault of my own that I obtained my injuries while at work therefore workman's comp patients should not be discriminated against. The staff was unfriendly, unprofessional and acted as thought they did not want to be seeing or dealing with me. I had to pull teeth to get my significant other in the office with me and the doctor to address her concerns because she was the one looking over me. I suggest going back to the basics, like compassion and genuine concern.. more

Workman's Compensation sent me to four different doctors who all told me that I was as good as I was ever going to get. A friend at Baylife Church in Brandon told me about Dr. Nucci. My first time in the door, Doc told me what was wrong and what could be done to fix it. I had two shots which gave me relief for 2-3 months at a time before deciding on surgery. I had my surgery on Thursday, was out of the hospital on Friday, and back at church on Sunday. I felt immediate relief -- the pain was gone! more

I started a new job in August of 2003. By December, my back pain was so crippling that I had to use a walker. I would grasp the back of a rolling chair and push to "carry" the files I needed at work. Dr. Nucci tried different approaches such as steroid injections before agreeing that surgery was my best option. The surgery was the best thing that could have happened to me. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I AGREE WITH DANELLE I WAS IN A GREAT DEAL OF PAIN DR. NUCCI WAS VERY GOOD TO ME HE TRIED EVERYTHING HE COULD BEFORE DOING SURGERY. I HAD NECK SURGERY AND MAY HAVE TO HAVE BACK SURGEY AND BECAUSE OF INSURANCE ISSUES I HAVE TO SEE ANOTHER DR IF I HAD A LOT OF MONEY I WOULD STAY WITH NUCCI MEDICAL CENTER I WOULD TELL ANYONE TO PLEASE GO AND LET HIM GET YOU BACK ON THE ROAD TO RECOVERY AGAIN more

Dr. Nucci would cut open his mother if it would make him an extra 20 bucks. Do not go here if you are seriously injured. Dr. Nucci is a millionaire many times over and you are not his concern. You are only more money to feed his insatiable greed. more

Car accidents are what they specialize in, and that is what I had. They are very friendly and helpful. It was quick getting in and out plus while you are waiting they show movies in the waiting room and all the back rooms as well. I left there feeling very well taken care of. So if you get into a bad situation and need an orthopedic doctor this is the place to go in Tampa. more
