the most rude and condescending employees I was constantly insulted you're better off going to Petco these people have no idea what you're talking about it is amazing they stayed in business this long they're sick fish and high prices is not worth the trip more

I'm new to the fish world and found that the customer service was excellent. I had a lot of questions and got everyone answer and more. The employees are very friendly and are willing to go out of their way to help out a newbie. more

Best fish store in Denver 7/21/2005

I have collected fish for years now and the only place I will buy my fish is from Neptune's. The owner is very knowledgeable, and friendly. They also will not sell you any fish that are ill; they will medicate them back to health first. They also carry many exotic hard to find fish. So for top Quality fish, I go to Neptune's. more
