Best

This is my first time here. I went there last Sunday around 8 p.m. The restaurant was busy and full of Indian. I had to wait for the table at least 15 min. But waiting for the...

Worst

Since Thai food is my favourite international food, I know that their food tasted pretty bad. The meat was very bad, it was all dark meat. I ordered two dishes, which I could bare...

even the medium is hot for me 4/12/2006

I used to think that I can eat a lot of spicey foods. But I corrected myself the day I visited My Thai. I ordered a "medium spicey" dish and even that was hot for me. Then I saw the Hall of Fame where they hung pictures of people who had eaten "Fire" level dishes. Then it all made sense to me. But the food was fresh and the staff was polite. more

veggies and spicies 8/18/2005

I dine here from time to time with my vegan friends who happen to have a hankering for very spicy dishes. They are very vegetarian friendly and have a good array of choices. For my fellow carnivores, there is also an expansive meat menu, so do not worry. The customer service and ambience here is nothing to brag about, think of it as a 'go for the food only' establishment. more

Good thai food 8/6/2005

This is a great Thai restaurant in the area - the food is always good and fresh. The food is authentic (as least to my taste). Very reasonable prices too. They have a large selection of dishes, including vegetarian dishes. The food wasn't very spicy. I always enjoy the dessert, fried banana. would thoroughly recommend trying it. It's definitely asian exotic. The service is good for the small number of staff in comparison to patrons. more

yummy thai treat 6/23/2005

We just starting going here now and the food is very good. A lot of things are cooked in the same sauce, so you can end up with the same thing on both your starter and your main course . Therefore, be sure to order something quite different for both courses. A lot of the food is cooked in the same or very similar sauce because that seems to be the palate of the chefs. The prices are very reasonable, and the atmosphere is small and intimate. This is a good all round restaurant. They will accommodate your tastes, so if you like something really spicy and hot they are happy to do this, but similarly, if like me you like plenty of taste and a little less heat, again they are happy to cook to your requests. more

How Hot? Fire Hot! 6/15/2005

Mild, medium and fire. Yes, fire! I think you even have to sign a consent. They'll also take your picture and hang it on the "Hall of Flame" - no kidding! I would have rated them excellent, what held me back is that I've been going there for several years, off and on, and throughout the servers don't remember you and make you feel welcome. I notice that with other customers around me. It's very professional, they take your order, the food is prepared fresh and it's brought out promptly, but there's not much interaction. It might be different if/when you order "fire". The food is very good, and they're willing to change the dish to accommodate your taste. Vegetarians: there's an entire menu just for you. more
