This tire store was basically simple and to the point. There was not a huge selection nor a lot of staff to help you out. I think that is one of the hazards of starting up and trying to compete with the bigger tire chains like American Tire Co. and Costco that are just a few miles away. The replaced a flat tire for my car within a few hours. The price was average.

This is a small neighborhood shop. It gets its business from word of mouth, mostly. The service is adequate. The prices are appealing. I've gone to them for a second opinion that I trust more than the inflated dealers. Sometimes they aren't always able always fix the problem if it's something more complicated than an oil change or replacing brake pads.

This auto repair is actually not as good as everyone in the area claims. I actually know the owner and I personally know that he merely got by in his automotive repair courses. Even though this is a fairly big auto shop with a lot of workers, they take a long time in fixing cars. I brought my '90 Integra in once and it was never really fixed. They just charged me a lot to replace some part but now it broke down again. Wouldn't recommend

I called and took an appointment for the smog test of my van. They quoted the price to be $39.99. But when I came to get the smoke test done. They said the price is 120.00. I was shocked to say the least. I asked them to honor the price they originally quoted. but the manager denied. But eventually after compalining to their higher up. I got that price. I didnot like their attitude

I went for the oil change for my car and one time to get the repair work done. The oil chnage service was OK. but for brake repair their quote were very overpriced. They claim to match the competitors prices. But in my case they called the competitor and started arguing about the price they were offering which was higly unprofessional. After that incident I never went there.

Although both dealership were buying the parts from same place but I could not figure out the price justification for the huge price difference.

The rates here at Auto Diagnosis are pretty competitive. It is a small repair shop and needs to draw in new customers with lower rates. I brought my car in for a routine smog check. There was practically no wait for them to take my car in since it was a slow weekday. But, after they took it in I still had to wait about 3 hours. Luckily, there was a little shopping plaza nearby to distract me for a few hours. The workers at Auto Diagnosis just pretty much did their job, I did not notice anything spectacular to rave about or anything bad to complain about. Go for the low rates, I say.
