Mild, medium and fire. Yes, fire! I think you even have to sign a consent. They'll also take your picture and hang it on the "Hall of Flame" - no kidding!
I would have rated them excellent, what held me back is that I've been going there for several years, off and on, and throughout the servers don't remember you and make you feel welcome. I notice that with other customers around me. It's very professional, they take your order, the food is prepared fresh and it's brought out promptly, but there's not much interaction. It might be different if/when you order "fire".
The food is very good, and they're willing to change the dish to accommodate your taste. Vegetarians: there's an entire menu just for you.
