We ordered a corsage for my son's homecoming dance a week beforehand. When we picked it up, it was not even the same flowers we had chosen, nor were the crystal & other embellishments that we requested (and paid for) on the corsage. The corsage fell apart, losing the main flower within the first 15 minutes the kids were at the dance, they hadn't even sat down or had a chance to dance yet, let alone have photos taken. My son's date had nothing left but some greenery and a black ribbon on her wrist.\r
When I called Woodlawn Floral and told them about both problems (the flowers being wrong, and the corsage falling apart) I was offered only HALF of what I paid as a refund, or 50% off the next corsage... Like I'll use them again? I think not!\r
I paid full price, didn't even get what I ordered and the corsage fell apart in 15 minutes. And they feel I still should pay for half? Unbelievable!\r
I really expected more from this florist after reading the reviews.
