Unless your chinese , i cant imagine anyone liking the food at lius,do yourself a big favor ,drive another mile to the hongcong restraunt, you'll know its good by just trying to find a parking spot. more

Let me get this straight. You order two separate dishes, take a couple of bites and immediately discover that your unable to eat the food because it was completely tasteless and unpalatable then complain to the staff who in turn graciously comps your meal. You then state that the place was very nice and clean save for the smell of sh*t when entering but you enjoyed the Spring Rolls and being the High A-Falluting people you are agreed to pay for them since after all... you ate them. And last but not least you leave this whacked out review as if your doing everyone a great big favor. And you think it's the cook? HA! Notice the other six comments for this restaurant? All but one (4) give it five 5 stars and very glowing reviews. Simply put, your an arse! You should of just went away and stayed. I'm done. more

I've been going there since I was a child with my family and friends we all love the restaurants service and delicious food especially their kampungee (spicy chicken) YUM! more

I ordered the Almond Chicken and my friend ordered the Chicken Chow Mein. Both were completely tasteless and unpalatable. After only a few bites, we called our waitress over at which time she called the hostess over. We explained that the food just wasn't good. No taste, whatsoever. But, the waitress and the hostess were both polite and since we enjoyed the Spring rolls, we agreed to pay for those plus our beverages. They took the food back and didn't charge us for it. We both felt really bad that we had to return the food, but neither one of us could enjoy our dishes. The restaurant itself is very nice and clean, but there is a septic smell as you enter through the rear door. Our waitress and the hostess were both very kind and polite. I really wish that the food was better. It's close to our home, and the staff is so nice. Maybe just a new cook??? Pros: Polite and Friendly Cons: Terrible Food more

Great Chinese food with some unsual combinations....califlower with the curry, huge scallops with the shrimp fried rice. The Mongolian Beef is the best I've ever had. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonalbe. The only criticism is that everytime I've come here the same vehicle (this vehicle does not have disabled plates or plackards) parked in such a way as to take up the 2 disabled parking spots. This restaurant is just amazing. The decorations they have are from China and it's family run. I've been coming here for as long as I remember. There are so many things that a must when I got there. My favorites are their potstickers, barbeque pork, mongolian beef, hot and sour soup, sweet and sour pork, and their chicken chow mein. This is a great place for a casual or a formal dinner. more

This place is definitely my favorite place to eat in all of Tacoma-Seattle area. Their dinner for two is a great deal, just remember to substitute mushu pork for chicken plus. Pros: mongolian beef, mushu pork, service, decor Cons: other entres, substitution charges more

I have travelled the world with the military and have enjoyed, in my opinion, some great asian foods, particularly chinese and korean. As far as chinese goes, Lieu's is at the top of my list for the south sound area. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the atmosphere is nice inside and the service is great. Above all, the food is absolutely outstanding. The Mongolian Beef is a must have!!! Enjoy!! more
