I was involved in an auto accident and was referred to John Nojima by a coworker. It was a long drawn out casethat took the defendants 16 months to claim liability. Most lawyers would have discontinued the case whereas I commend John and his legal team who stayed vigilant and settled my case in mediation 22 months later for a mid six figure amount. John and his team did an excellent job handling my case in all areas and also worked well with my medical staff and made sure they were compensated. I know for fact that David J Lederer was sued for legal malpractice by Kletner Construction in 2010. As of May 2011, the case was still pending; they were waiting on a bankruptcy court decision at the time. Lederer also had a former client turn in a pain management doctor he referred her to. The doctor was reported to the CA State Medical Board in March 2010 and as of this month, the case is still pending. Many special investigative units at major insurance companies are aware that David J Lederer referred the patient to that particular doctor, because they received copies of the expert medical witness report. Morever, even the National Insurance Crime Bureau, FBI (Business and Medical Fraud Dept) and LAPD Business Fraud Div have copies of that report on file. more
