One of the Very Best! 8/1/2010

This is a phenomenal church. I have learned so much here; been attending since 2007 (off an on) finally a member in 2009. I got married here and there are some great people. \r One thing I will say is by it being a large church its hard to make friends, but the key is to find a small group to join and grow with. Highly recommend this church. more

I love this church and love this family. We have been at this church since we were saved, 8 years ago, baptized and raised here. My favorite thing about KPIC is that we can invite anyone because of the diversity that is there. We have Haitian-American and the precious thing is that we are only one of multiple families that is multi-cultural. We're the new normal. We are deeply committed to this church family because this church is deeply committed to Christ and community. more

Kings Park International Church 6/9/2010

My family and I were led to Kings Park International Church over 3 years ago. \r \r We came from a very difficult church split and had been burned by "religion" and religious people. The first time we entered Kings Park, it felt like fresh rivers of Living Water washed over our souls. \r \r We love the transparency of the pastors at KPIC. It is obvious that they love Jesus and are passionate about equipping the body - local and abroad. \r \r I was in church leadership for many years and if there is one thing I learned: We are all human. We must walk in grace with others -- even leaders. \r \r I am grateful that we found Kings Park International Church. It has been a wonderful family to worship with -- all races and cultures, blended together like a wonderful tapestry.\r \r Blessings! \r Beth F. more

In Response to "Follow Through?" 6/8/2010

Catherine A, please forgive us. I don't know think I know you, and I don't think I was on staff before you left King's Park, but I apologize that this was your experience of what I know to be a different church. King's Park people have been integral in my spiritual growth and well-being, both as an attender and now as a staff person. Through the years that I have attended and worked here, I've seen an imperfect team of people continue to dream of bringing God's perfect Kingdom to earth in every way possible. As a staff, we have worked tirelessly on things like community, pastoral care, overall excellence and member involvement, while trying to keep our fervor for evangelism, world & campus missions, and justice needs. King's Park has taken painful hits over the years (KPIC individuals and whole). But the heart of God at King's Park, to see everyone know Christ and live out the whole life he offers, is still very much alive and real. more

Follow Through? 4/5/2010

I attended KPIC for several years and was a member in good standing when my family took a real hit spiritually and in every other way. I was uncomfortable in church and did not attend for many months. Not one person called to check on me. Not one pastor noticed my absence or my family's. It was very sad and hurtful - When I finally called to speak to the pastor he never returned my call. Really sad. Even our small group leadership basically let us go. more

A great church with a focus on the 'entire' family! 10/27/2009

KPIC has been such a great place to worship and develop spiritually. There is a focus on the entire family. Regardless to your age or ethnicity, there's a 'place' for you to fit in. You'll notice the same Spirit of Excellence if you're sitting in the santuary for a dynamic message, dropping in on the youth services, or leaving your kids in the nursery and preschool classes. When you're at KPIC - you're at home! more

What Heaven Might Be Like 12/18/2007

This is a great diversified church. All walks of life are welcomed in this church. I love attending. This is upscale top notch tech crew, ministerial staff and the praise and worship is very uplifting. The multicultural congregation teaches you that we are all basically the same, Christians! I said in my title line, "what heaven might be life" because as you noticed churches and cemeteries are still the most segregated places left in the US. Do you think Jesus would want us to be segregated especially when we are worshiping him. I mean, do you think there is a segregated heaven? NO! And the prejudice so called Christians who might make it to heaven, will be in for a real BIG surprise. more

a good church 5/21/2006

King's Park is a non-denominational christian church located in RTP. The staff is top-notch and they provide a wonderful variety of ministries. While the church's focus is on campus and international ministry, there is also a focus on families as well. It is a large church, but they do all they can to help you feel welcome. There is nursery and children's church provided during the service, as well as other opportunities to meet in small groups. more
