We used Jack's Kitchens to redo our kitchen. Most of the processes went well, but there were some problems at the end and trying to get those resolved took about a year. Why so long? Because the owner ignored emails and phone calls. When she finally did respond we were presented with a take-it-or-leave-it resolution. We took it, but weren't happy. Staff vandalized my car 4/16/2009

I would not recommend shopping here. The old wrinkled women who works there is extremely unhappy, in desperate need of Botox, and now so am I because I have to get a new windshield. I parked by there building well I was at work. When I came back to my car, she put up homemade signs that stated parking is for Jack’s Kitchen only. She covered my windshield in packing tape. When I confronted her she started to swore at me like a nice business women. I have been thinking about using them to remodel my kitchen; not any more. The only place I will see Jack’s Kitchen is in small claims court when she pays for the cost of my new windshield. Pros: None Cons: Sometimes its pleasent to be bitched out more
