There are more HD TV's than you can shake a stick at. I didnt't know I was into curling until It was on in the peripheral of my Braves watching experience. Try the jalapeno poppers, BUT let them cool off for a second. Ribs are great here also. There are wraps and salads if you are a little more health conscious, but it is a sports bar. I used to go to this restaurant for lunch every other week with my business partners when it was Garrison's. The food was great, but service started getting really slow, so we stopped going, since 2-hour lunches are not something we can do very frequently. We went for lunch on a Monday and were quite disappointed. I ordered the Pan Roasted Salmon with braised vegetables in a ""light miso broth."" The food took longer than it should have, and when it did finally arrive, it was room temperature. The broth looked like it had been there at one point, but had evaported. ? The salmon was blah and needed seasoning. The braised leeks were slimy. The potatoes were dry and flavorless. The braised shallots were good. My companion ordered the lobster bisque which was very good, and the Fried Turkey Roulade, which may or may not have been undercooked. We never really could decide if the cranberries had tinted the turkey pink or if it was just not done enough. Needless to say, he ate only the parts that weren't pink and we waited even longer to get our check. We won't be going back here for lunch. The bar area is fine and has good atmosphere, but the food leaves something to be desired. Nineteen dollars for mediocre salmon? No, thanks. My boyfriend and I stopped into Garrisons for dinner after the mall closed. It was a Thursday night - we were seated in the dining room immediately and the room was only about half full. We each ordered a glass of wine and an appetizer to share. The appetizer (lobster and corn dip) was very good but the server was a little on the rude side. We decided to split an entree and ordered a pasta and added grilled chicken for $3. I thought the server was annoyed by us splitting a meal and we didn't see much of him after placing our order. The server offered neither fresh ground pepper or grated parmesean cheese. He whisked the dish away without bothering to ask if I wanted the rest of it to go, though there was a sizable portion left. Then, when he (without a word) dropped off our check, he had charged us $5 for ""add shrimp."" Upon us pointing this out, he was extremely rude and said the chicken and shrimp were the same price. When we showed him the menu which clearly stated different prices to add chicken & shrimp, he huffed and said that we had an old menu, making it seem like that was our fault. He then grudgingly said he would remove $2 from the bill, which he did, but he did not speak another word to us, let alone apologize for the oversight. At that point, it was the principle of the matter and his rudeness (not the $2 difference) that made us push the issue. We were only there an hour and had a $41 tab...if the server had been halfway courteous he would have been tipped $8, but instead he was not and we left with a bad taste in our mouths. My wife and I were shopping at Perimeter Mall, and decided to give Garrison's a try. We were seated promptly, and then the problems began. Our server did not arrive at the table for twenty minutes. He wanted to know if we were ready to order? Well we wanted a drink first, and thought we might ask for recommendations. We didn't get any, and he messed up a drink order for two. We decided on steak. The steaks came over cooked and tough. The waiter seemed indifferent to our concerns. We will not return. Too many good restaurants near Perimeter Mall area! I wanted to take my wife somewhere nice with good service and a romantic setting. I choose Garrison's Broiler & Tap in perimeter. We did make reservations and was seated a little ahead of our reservation time. I was really pleased with the service it was great the waitor was extremely attentive and great for all of our needs.The food was very good. It was so good we had to try the dessert. Everything was wonderful from our seating to the food and the service provided. The only thing i can say is that if you are not a beef or fish eater then you will filled limited with the menu as far as selections. My wife eats mostly chicken and they only had two selections, but it was delicious and she enjoyed very much. I highly recommend this restaurant. The entire staff is great and the food is excellent. more

I was completely surprized by the quality of food and service at Garrison's in Perimeter Mall. Our waiter made great suggestions. The Ahi Tuna appetizer and the Bone in Filet were fantastic.
