Quality Service 9/9/2010

I recently wandered into H. Stockton to buy my husband a new sport coat for his birthday. I am not the most knowledgeable wife when it comes to men's clothing, but at H. Stockton that was not a problem! I was blown away by the amount of attention and level of customer service I received from the sales associate. I felt like he sincerely wanted to help me find exactly what I needed without being pushy. I was also pleasantly surprised by the new ladies department. The ladies department was full of beautiful classic clothing! Though I will note, they told me the Park Place location is the only store with women's clothing! I'm so glad I finally have a go-to store! more

Not really ""custom"" 6/6/2008

H. Stockton has the reputation for custom suits, but that is not really true. they will fit you for a suit and then a standard suit is altered to fit you. My suit did not fit right and they were not helpful in getting it fixed. After wasting $1400, I have never been able to wear it. more

Atlanta's Own Fine Men's Apparel/Furnishing's Store! Personalized Staff! 12/23/2006

I started shopping with Hamm Stockton, in the 1960's Downtown, when I was a kid with my dad. Times changed, Downtown changed, but H.Stockton's did not, just locations. Just the finest Hickey-Freedman suits, footwear, and even tuxedowear, with all the trimmings. Alot of the employess have been here for years, and know us regulars by name, but younger professionals, have found a personal place to shop also. Best in Atlanta? 10/27/2002

This store is exemplary. The sales staff is extremely knowledgable of their goods. Probably the closest thing to a J.Press or Andover Shop in the South. Come here when the trendiness of Brooks becomes tiresome. more
