Worse dealer i have the misery of dealing with 8/5/2011

Well folks, you want a dishonest dealer ? go there...how dishonest you ask...how about this..i got a car on line and they send me pictures and they took it from the right when the left have damage..that is about as scummy as i ahve ever come across. you say how much was the car? it was a $25000 used car so i am not talking a $500 jelopy here. there are a lot more, so far the repair jsut to bring it to acceptable shape is over $2000 and counting...on did i try and talk to them? well i would if they return my calls. Manager? what manager, he is busy and never called back....remember the movie from the 80's "" used cars "" these guys are worse!!!! more

Awesome experience! 12/29/2010

On a lark several weeks ago, I inquired about a Mini Cooper I'd noticed online. I wasn't seriously considering buying a vehicle at this time. After some initial reluctance (and concern about dealing with high pressured sales tactics), Andrea and I began communicating about available Mini Coopers. She answered every question very efficiently with a good dose of genuine kindness. By the time I drove to the dealership yesterday to try out the one I'd chosen, Andrea had everything in order, from minor touch-ups to financing. It was the most pleasant experience I've had buying an automobile. I love my Mini Cooper! more
