It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

seemed as a very cold hotel for a Four Seasons...staff not as warm as expected

The Best in Atlanta (and our #1 Overall, as well) 6/18/2006

We tried the Chef's Table over the weekend (you have a private table for your party in the kitchen where the chef prepares about 9 courses with wine pairings). The food and the service were EXCEPTIONAL!!!! The Chef was Cameron (and I'm sorry to forget your last name!) and he and his staff prepared some of the most amazing dishes. The scallops melted in your mouth - on a reduction of vidalia onion, endive and golden raisins.... It could make you cry, it was that good!! But everything was that way! As they brought out each course, Cameron explained where all the dishes originated - like the pasta that was made in 1 village in Italy - where they hand twisted each piece. Jennifer Rama, the restaurant manager, was on hand to ensure that the experience was perfect. And Donald, our waiter for the evening, really went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed (and some we didn't even know we needed until he brought them). They even lent us a digital camera to record our evening! They won us over completely! It was a 2 1/2 hour event! Pros: Service, Ambiance, Food Cons: None more

Enjoyed Our Stay 6/18/2006

We went for our anniversary.... Were greated by name at the desk (called in by the valet, I'm sure, but it's a nice touch). We were congratulated many times - they even sent up some wonderful chocolate covered strawberries and a nice handwritten congrats note that also thanked us for staying there. \r \r We took advantage of the massage services - we normally get them twice a month, but these guys were the best we've had anywhere!\r \r We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, Park 75 (where we made reservations for the Chef's Table - about 9 courses with wine pairings). Service, atmosphere & food were AMAZING. Special thanks to Cameron, Donald & Jennifer!!! We'll be back!\r \r When we got back to our room, it looked like we just checked in as the staff had been in to tidy up while we were dining. \r \r The staff was warm and friendly - anticipated our needs and really went out of their way. Pros: everything Cons: nothing more

over rated 4/6/2006

sorry to say, but i've stayed in many four seasons hotels and this one is a poor example of one. unless you stay in the suites and it has to be the higher end suites, you don't feel like it's a luxury hotel. the only nice things are the bathrooms, they are beautiful. the room itself is lacking in personality, charm and luxury. windows are small, if you do stay here ask for a corner room. the restaurant and bar are delicious, elegant and cozy. the location is good if you like the Midtown Atlanta party scene as there are clubs and cute restaurants around the corner. Pros: Park 75 restaurant, location, higher-end suites Cons: regular rooms, lower end suites, value more

Epitome of pampering 1/20/2003

We were here over Christmas holidays with our granddaughter. Our room wasn't ready when we checked in, and the manager came to the desk and took us to the bar where he told the bartended to get us anything we wanted while we waited a short time. After getting settled in our room, there was a knock on the door. There was a waiter with silver tray loaded with cookies and milk for the granddaughter. Now that's anticipating customers' wishes!! more

best of the best 11/18/2002

The four seasons hotels consistently are my favorite places to stay and the lovely hotel in Atlanta is no exception. It is so nice to be confident in the staff and accomadations on a consistent basis. Pros: staff, location, accomadations Cons: expensive more

love this place 10/16/2002

I love this place. I have been to Atlanta a lot over the past month and this place is so great and so much better than the Downtown Ritz. No complaints, only love. more

First class 5/20/2002

An absolutely delightful experience. From the moment you check in, you actually feel like a 'guest,' rather than a customer. No detail is overlooked and the staff is extremely attentive to your needs without being cloying (a fine line in my book). A nightcap in the luxurious bar is the perfect way to top off a night on the town before retiring to the cocoon of comfort that is your room. Pros: Service, Room Comfort, Location Cons: Price, naturally more
