I always go out of my way to go to this figo. all the figos are great but i get the best service here. Perhaps it is because i am a regular but i feel the service here is spot on....

Good fresh pasta dishes for a great price. I love the four cheese ravioli. There is something there for everyone. more

great experince 10/18/2009

i really enjoyed my dinning experience at this particular figo. Lovely atmosphere and great food, however the only draw back was this very strange ordering process. this appears to work its self out after a few times dinning there. ** if you like cold bubbly try prosctto! Pros: good food nice atmosphere Cons: very strange ordering process more

ALWAYS GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE 10/4/2009

I always go out of my way to go to this figo. all the figos are great but i get the best service here. Perhaps it is because i am a regular but i feel the service here is spot on. the food is great and fresh. to whoever said her lobster tasted like tuna has a sad palate. i know the staff can kind of wander off but they do not mean to neglect you, they are really willing to help.GREAT CHEAP FOOD WITH FRIENDLY PEOPLE. what more do you need? Pros: Best staff, quality cheap eats, tasty home made food Cons: none, just understand this is a relaxed atmosphere more

Very Very Awful 7/25/2009

This was disgusting! I am not a picky eater but the food was so awful that me and my husband could not eat more than 1/5 of our food. I ordered the lobster ravioli and it tasted like someone stuffed the ravioli with canned tuna. Also there was no salt put in the food or at least that is what it tasted like. If you are looking for good pasta, or Italian food altogether, this is NOT the place for it. Pros: The bread taste good Cons: The food more

LOVE FIGO 3/11/2009

Figo is by far my most frequented restaurant in Atlanta. I eat out pretty much every night and love figo because it's super fast (you order at the counter), always delicious pasta & salads and very affordable so I can go on any given week night. And I'm big on atmosphere and Figo is always cozy and comfortable (they do a great job on the decor in all of the locations.) Pros: Complimentary fresh bread! more

Very disappointing.... 12/17/2008

I've eaten at a few different Figo Pasta locations and the food seems generally good. But the service at the location on Caroline Street in the Edgewood shopping center will definitely make me think twice before visiting another Figo. I was there on a Tuesday night and the restaurant was not extremely busy, not even half full. We finished our bread early and then asked for some more when the entrees arrived. The waiter said that he would bring it and then never did. The pasta was good, but we soon ran out of water and then my friends ran out of soda. But the waiter was not to be found for any refills. In fact, we only saw him twice. The first time he brought us the bread and water and then when he delivered the entrees. I don't know if you've ever had gnocci before, but its like eating peanut butter. You need water to wash it down. At Figo, you pay before you eat and I was very angry that I had left a tip on the credit card receipt when I paid. I would not have left one otherwise. If we had not been in a hurry to catch a show, I would have brought this to the attention of the manager. And, asked for my tip back. So, if you're interested in bad service, un-attentive waiters and leaving the restaurant thirsty, then this is the place for you. Just make sure if you're thinking about leaving a tip, you do it in cash after the meal. more

Good food, small servings 12/10/2007

When I think of Figo, I usually just want a big bowl of pasta. If I wanted a fancy meal, well then I would go out for a fancy meal, but Figo is very fast, very good pasta with your basic sauces and some surprisingly un-basic and delicious toppings (my husband loves the lamb pasta). Figo delivers on the no-nonsense, fresh food and friendly service. But the problem is that the servings are miniscule! They charge me 8 bucks for 5 ravioli! In my opinion that's unacceptable for a place like this. In order to get a decent serving I have to order two entrees, which means I'm spending $16, which is as much as you would spend in a mid-range restaurant. It's not like I am asking for portions that are larger than normal. All I want is a decent sized serving. My advice is to either order an appetizer and salad as well as your meal, or get take out from Eats or Publix or some other place. Pros: Pasta and sauces are excellent, always fast, and friendly service. Cons: Portions are tiny and over-priced. more

Not good! 10/2/2007

bad service, bad pasta, the salad was okay. Went there on a Friday night with friends, we were really disappointed with the food, crowded seating area, and service. Stay at home, make box pasta and by sauce in jar. Pros: salad Cons: everything else more
