I had gotten quite tired of shelling out ridiculous amounts of money to the dealers of european cars in Knoxville so I went looking for a qualified mechanic who could handle both regular oil changes and larger, more complicated issues. I used to drive down Sutherland Ave and see all the Volvo's parked at European Motor Werks so I took the wagon in for an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised and have never been back to the local dealer. I am always told up front what the diagnosis is and the repairs have never been far from the estimate. This small operation has been fair and honest with me. They also work on other makes of cars such as Saab and BMW.
