This is a very nice golf course close to downtown rochester. It is hard to find a better course close to rochester that isnt private. This comes at a price though. The greens fees are expensive and the crowd can be overwelming. The course is very well kept and challenging. 18 with a cart is around $50 so it can be expensive on the weekend. more

Open year round 8/21/2005

The facility is open year round which is what they pride themselves on. The course is open year round as is the facility as a whole. The course has a fair amount to offer for all ability levels. The public course is not terribly expensive. The training facilities are nice with a very nice driving range with many tees. The course is worth a trip to to challenge yourself a little and enjoy a good round of golf. more

Fun Course 8/18/2005

Eagle Vale is a nice and challenging course. It isn't usually very crowded, and they keep it in pretty good shape. Prices are good, although I believe they have a rule that you must ride in a cart on saturday afternoons or something. Parking isn't a problem even if it gets crowded, and a short walk to the clubhouse is worth it for this course. more

Nice greens 8/15/2005

This is a very nice golf course close to downtown Rochester. It is hard to find a better course close to the city that isn't for members only. This comes at a price though. The greens fees are expensive and the crowd can be overwelming. The course is very well kept and challenging. The greens and fairways are immaculate, and it is extremely attractive. 18 with a cart is around $50 so it can be expensive on the weekend. It is only minutes from the city, and parking is plenty, so there should be no problem. more
