Companies hear all the time with complaints about how a job was done. On the flip side, I am a firm believeer when a job was done well you need to know this also.
Today Tony and TJ came to put a replacement window in our home. These two young men were knowledgeable. Efficient, worked cleanly, and were personable. Tony and TJ represent your company in a good light.

I went to the Tint Shop to get a price to tint all the windows on my car and they wanted almost $300. Then if for some reason you did not like the tint or you wanted it taken off you had to pay another $100 to have it taken off. The guy at the desk knows his stuff though and is very friendly. The Tint Shop is known for their quality work and knowledge about tinting cars. Needless to say I did not get my windows tinted.

Took car to Monroe to have the trans checked out (after having someone else looking at it and apparently mis-diagnosed problem). Monroe found what was wrong, explained it well, then rebuilt transmission in a timely manner and at a very fair price (half of what the other place was quoting). Friendly and knowledgeable service. Highly recommend this place for a new transmission.

I had a wonderful experience with Sterling Autobody. The office staff was terrific and went above and beyond. They made sure I had a ride to and from my home and the paint repair looks great. I highly recommend Sterling to others.

George and bobs is a fast and friendly place to stop and get gas. They're located right by the Seneca Park Zoo, and only 10 minuets away from downtown Rochester.
The employees there are friendly as well. The don't just have gas though. They are also provide car maintenance services. Such as tire rotation. George and Bobs Service always has a clean lot, and pleanty of room at the pumps.
This is a gret neighborhood gas staition.
PROS: Friendly
CONS: I wish they were open late night
