The major disappointment I had with them was over the countertop surface I wanted. They rep a quartz product I like and recommended an installer to give me a bid. They bid on the project and it came up to $100 per square foot. I called Discount Tile Center back and told them their installer's bid was more than twice the price quoted in the store for the raw material. They seemed unconcerned and said he was the only guy they could recommend. \r
