customer service was excellent 9/28/2010

Price is standard, but customer service was excellent. It was my first time shooting a pistol, so Matt recommended a glock. The gun had little recoil and was easy to operate so it suited me and my girlfriend perfectly. He went through the shooting protocol in detail with us and made sure we understood so when we started shooting, I felt very confident. I would definitely go there again to shoot something more badass. more

need a huge pat on the back 9/27/2010

y first time into a gun store and we had a very good experience with the staff. We interacted with three different sales staff over the course of several visits. We didn't expect great professionalism, articulate communication and superior customer service but we got all three on a totally consistant basis. Matt, Ian and Marco blew our expectaions out of the water. These gentlemen were all compassionate toward our being new to the sport of target shooting. Its surprising to say the least: the professionalism and detail to customer service in this gun store was higher than I have ever received in any bank car dealership or medical office. Tell the owner and manager that these staffers all need a huge pat on the back.--thanks guys.. more

User Rating: 4 out of 5 stars by Zeroed In 06/19/2008 I shoot at DGM. I've been shooting there for at least the last 10 years. I am not a memeber. I've bought guns from Iron Sights, Turners, So.Cal Gun, American Shooting and Cal. Police Equipment. I've seen people come and go there, but there is a stable circle of employees there as far as I can tell. I got a good price on a Glock 34 (Beat Iron Sights) and on a Remington 710. They're busy on weekends, so deal with it! Ten Bucks a lane without a card! Go to Project 2000, Iron Sights, or American Shooting and see how you do? more
