This is the WORST dry cleaners in the area. NEVER put your precious dry cleaning in with this place. Joe is the owner and was completely unhelpful. I put my husbands shirts in and they came back faded and they obviously used very abrasive chemicals in their wash. I dry cleaned my dress that has been worn only once!!!! When i gave it to Joe i told him how important it was (a drink had been spilled on it) and he told me he had taken spots out of clothes for so many years and it would be fine. I come back to collect the dress, the stains are mostly gone however my silk beautiful dress has pulls in it. I have no idea how he dry cleaned it since when questioned he completely clammed up and would not answer me. I will NEVER go back here again and i urge anyone who reads this to NEVER go to this store. I thought the pulls were just around the stains however upon getting home and looking at my dress further the entire neck area has pulls and the material is blue and black so the pulls are very obvious as the pulls look white, so i have white streaks all over the neck area of my dress. It is completely ruined and now there is nothing i can do about it except warn people about NEVER going to this awful cleaners.
