Diamond Towing

TIP: Stop verbally threatening your customers, don't have 6 big, scary-looking men standing in your dark and secluded parking lot to intimidate visitors, and also require staff to shower / shave. BACKGROUND: I was verbally threatened by one employee a Diamond Towing. I have the full recording on my iPhone and I may pursue this with the police. One night, I was towed unjustly from Gingergrass restaurant. The sign clearly states: ""2 hour Customer parking."" I was only parked there for 1 hour 35 minutes when I returned to find my car had been towed. When attempting to collect the vehicle and the proper paperwork that I am entitled to by law, they refused to furnish the paperwork. One employee of Diamond Towing verbally threatened me and my lawyer friend with violence. As required by California law, V C Section 22658, I am legally entitled to receive: a) the tow order with property owner's signature and b) proper paperwork with the phone number of local law enforcement in case I believe I was improperly towed. Instead, I was told by one man ""I don't care what the law says."" Another man who guards the lot threatened us with violence by yelling, ""If you raise your voice one more time, I'm going to get really ugly on you in here!"" Note: these towing employees are vey scary looking individuals and they come off as quite menacing in order to intimidate you. more

Good for all you people that had a good experience with them but I don't. Yesterday my car was almost towed someone called Diamond to tow my car, not me nor one in my family called in. Fortunately, one of the Board of Directors of our HOA was there to stop the towing. I was advised last night of what happened that morning. Then today I called Diamond Towing to get some info who called in to tow my car but a very rude man answer the phone and doesn't want to give the info. My brother-in-law owns a towing company too (not in my area) as per his advise I will file a complaint against them. NOT GOOD DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! more

I have now used this company twice. Im waiting to buy a new car but, well, this economy is crap!~ Anyways it was a pleasure doing business with the man who assisted me and was actually really knew what he was talking about, not BSing me... He also spoke perfect English, which I find very refreshing these days! Long story short, good, legit, dependable business, theyve been around for like 10+ yrs unless im just crazy.... possibility of course! more

I had to write a review, simply because I have gotten my car impounded before and its always been a horrible ecperience! While it isnt the greatest that I HAD my car impounded last night in the first place, but all things considered, Im sort of relieved that it WAS them rather than anyone else. I didnt feel like I was being cheated at least, and the man who released my car to me was very nice and even made me laugh (which I was pissed when I first came in) haha..... more

So my car is not in the greatest of conditions and unfortunately I have had to use a two service a lot lately. In this economy I have been told that it is not a good time to buy a car. Soooo Ive been dealing with the one I have for now. more

These guys put my grandpa and grandma's truck up and demanded they pay the fee to let it down. My grandparents dont have much money and they were at Burger King in Glendale at the time. My grandma gave up her money for her medicine so they could leave them with the truck. These diamond guys are scammers, dont let them get you.
