They burned my hands!!! I bought a Groupon for a Shallac Manicure. The nail technician didn't even use CND nail polish. She used gel nail polish, but performed the manicure half shellac, half gel. In other words, she didn't use the electric file like they do for gel manicures, but she put my hands under the UV light for like four minutes at a time, four times throughout the manicure. Whereas in a shellac manicure you only need to put your nails under the UV light for 30 seconds at a time, and only three times throughout the whole procedure. This woman kept pushing my hands so that my whole hand was under the light, not just my nails. My hands got sunburned so badly, that it hurt to put lotion on when I got home. Also, during the manicure she half assed everything. She didn't even file my nails like manicurists usually do. No hand message either. It was the worst experience ever! On my way out I grabbed a brochure and they don't even offer shellac manicures. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I think my hands have aged twenty years since that experience.
