My story is way too long to post in full, but it boils down to this: Jacob Bahar sold me a monitor which included a 90-day warranty, and when I took it home and discovered it was damaged, refused me a refund. There was a LOT more runaround involved, but for the sake of brevity, let's just say I was thoroughly screwed. At this point, I'm considering taking him to small claims court, and I highly recommend all of you out there who've been screwed over by him do the same. Yes, it costs you money, and yes, there is a good chance he'll never pay you. But for every person who does this, it will highly damage his credit rating, hopefully driving him out of business. If you're not up for suing, AT LEAST file a complaint with the (for some reason it won't let me post the name of the association, but it starts with Better and ends with Bureau.) You can do it on-line, it takes minutes, and will also help damage his reputation.
Pros: They really know how to rip you off!
Cons: (see pros)
