I would not recommend this company to anybody. On their website they list vacuuming as the most important step and then did not vaccum. When we confronted the company on why the tech did not vaccum, they stated it is built into the steam cleaner. We then asked about why it is listed as the most important step and then they had no answer. The next issue is they did my entire three story house in about 25 minutes. Again, their website states it takes 1 1/2 hours to do just three rooms and somehow the tech complete all three rooms upstairs the hallway and the stairs plus the living room in just 25 minutes. The only comment the company had was the tech works for us for 7 years and is an excellent tech. I will say the tech was very friendly and polite, but rushed the job. They also list that they groom and deodorize the carpet and use special air movers to dry the carpet faster, well I guess they also forgot to do this as it was not done. Again, the company had no excuse and just tried to avoid our questions. DO NOT believe what they write on their website and DO NOT use this company unless you want to have half a job done and your dirt just shuffled around.
