We placed a phone order and it was taking over an hour for delivery. We called to inquire how much longer it would take and the guy on the phone said another 10 mins and hung up ...

Don't understand prior ratings 3/16/2012

They must have gotten rid of the that employee..Have ordered many times. Pizza is great and a good value. Fast delivery.... always arrives before the stated time. Treated well on the phone. We always order on the weekend so they are busy and I understand if they are in a hurry and having been in the restaurant business I can understand. more

THE RUDE GUY PULLED A KNIFE ON MY HUSBAND 10/12/2009

We placed a phone order and it was taking over an hour for delivery. We called to inquire how much longer it would take and the guy on the phone said another 10 mins and hung up on us. We called back to ask why he is hanging up on us, we are paying customers and we want to cancel our order and he said I don't give a damn and hung up again. My husband went to the restaurant to make sure they wouldn't charge us and the guy pulled a knife on him. Do not deal with this company, they do not take care of their customers. more

They hung up on me - twice 2/11/2009

They have one incredible pizza with avocado, red onions, cilantro, chicken and a bunch of other good stuff but when I went to order, I couldn't remember the name of the pizza. Pros: good tasting pizza Cons: customer service more

Guy on phone... 8/13/2008

Just ordered delivery and whoever I spoke to on the phone couldn't get me off the phone sooner. I barely ordered my meal before he hung up on me. Had to call back to give him my CC info and estimated time! Food better be good because they have awful phone service! more

the baked ziti is so good! the pizza is good but nothing out of this world. the sandwiches are good too, I love the avocado sub, and eggplant parm sub. the regular dinner salad is the only salad I'd get, the ""gourmet"" ones aren't that good. the lunch and dinner specials are the way to go and the service on the phone is great, I swear it's the same guy all the time (maybe the owner?) and he is so nice and always gets the orders right! Pros: good food, delivery, cheap more
