Worst

I wanted a relaxing day and went to get a shampoo and blow out. INSTEAD, I got to listen the the owner yell at her stylists and belittle them. I wish someone could fire this owne...

Short to Long.....Finally! 11/8/2007

My hair won't grow.....I haven't had long hair ever! So, I finally bit the bullet and got hair extensions. I have had them now for two weeks, I don't know why I didn't do it years ago! I love my long thick hair. So amazing and worth every penny! The best gift I have given myself in years. ....So glad I found this salon. Thanks! Pros: quick and friendly. Fair pricing. coffe shop next door( they deliver) Cons: parking is only free for 2 hours. I know it is typical LA for u, but the price is pretty steap after the 2 hours. more

Nailed 4 out 5..... 11/7/2007

Nailed the color. Nailed the customer service. The ""treatment"" was actually a REAL TREATMENT, not just some regular conditioner left on for 10 min. disguised as a ""treatment"". So she nailed the treatment. Parking, so easy! The blowdry last for 3 days, nailed that. Sometimes stylists put so much goop in my hair that I feel like I have to take a shower that nite. The reason why I am only giving a 4 out of 5 is because it was really hard to get an appointment. Took me a couple of trys. Which I guess is a good thing, she is good and busy. So, I pre-booked my next appointment. : ) Pros: stylists, the coffee shop next door, parking, salon Cons: Actually getting a first time appointment....keep trying, it is worth it. more

Go see Brittany, you won't regret it! 8/9/2007

I've been going to Brittany for my cut and color for about a year now. She consistantly does an excellent job. She is very good at making you feel comfortable and understanding what look you are going for (something I have had trouble with in the past...some hairdressers just don't listen!). Right now she has been putting in blond highlights for the summer (I am naturally a bland brownish color). She can make me blonde without it looking fake or overdone - always looks pretty and healthy. She also does a great job when I want a darker color. She is always promt and friendly and I always feel well taken care of when I go in the salon. Pros: Brittany! more

Best Salon Experience Ever! Brittany is wonderful! 8/9/2007

I have tried practically every salon in the LA area and have finally found someone I will go back to forever. Brittany was so sweet and I felt so comfortable with her. She took the time to talk with me and find out what I wanted - she also threw in her own ideas for my hair cut and color based on my face shape and natural coloring. She is an artist! The result is a beautiful, healthy and stylish look that I (and my husband!) are so happy with. And I loved the conditioning treatment...I really felt well taken care of while I was at the salon. The Joys of relocating states and discovering a pleasent surprise! 8/9/2007

As the story goes for most people living in L.A. , I just moved here. My husband got a promotion and we up rooted our New York lives. No one told me that it isn't JUST about finding a new place to live....it is new doctors, dentists, play groups, vets , hairstylist ect.... My husband and I went to the Daidone salon and we both got cuts and color. The service was impressive! EVERYONE in that salon is so nice and helpful. The girls that worked on us had recomendations for all of our needs and they genuinly seemed to care about the difficulty in our move. We left looking great. The color and cut was right on. But we also left FEELING great and well taken care of. I can't wait to go back. The Daidone salon put a spring in my step. Thank you. Pros: The coffee shop next door delivers. I went to the daidone salon b/c my friend got extensions done and they looked amazing! i wasn't sure if i wanted to get them or not. They gave me a great FREE consultation and explained how to care for them. After looking at other salons i decided to go with brittany and suzanne they worked together and did a wonderful job! It was a big decision and Im so happy!!!! Im going back for my color.\r \r Thank You Pros: Clean, very friendly, great products, validated parking! more

Role Model Cut, Color & Blow-drys 7/26/2007

I have been going to Suzanne for cut and color for the past two years. Her cuts are stylish and always innovative. Color is always perfectly blended. Service is amazing. Blowdrys are her signature and come out impeccable. Britney who works next to Suzanne is the next best thing. When Suzanne is booked to the brim in scheduling I know I can trust Britney. Britney has an excellent eye for color on blondes and has the same amazing touch for blowdrys. Im always amazed at the results either deliever to their clients. I highly recommend both for service. Best color, haircut and blowdry I ever had!! 7/25/2007

I started to go to Suzanne over a year ago. Initially I went to her to correct a color disaster that happened at another famous salon. Suzanne fixed my color perfectly and continues to do an amazing job with my color. She always delivers exactly what I ask for. After going to her for a few months I needed a haircut. I was hesitant at first because I am very particular about my hair. I have long hair and I always find that hairdressers like to cut more then you want them to. Suzanne did and still does an amazing job. I still have long hair with long layers and I constantly get compliments regarding my style and my color. Suzanne's blowdry's are the best too! It always looks fantastic and it lasts for days. \r I have also used Britney at the salon. Her station is right next to Suzanne's. She does a fantastic job on my hair, especially when I need a last minute blowdry. \r I highly recommend this salon and especially Suzanne and Britney. Everyone is extremely professional and they use top of the line hair products!! Try them; you won't go wrong!! Pros: Excellent service, tons of parking more

Brittany and Suzanne do the BEST extensions!!! 7/13/2007

I went to Brittany and Suzanne for hair extensions, based on a recommendation from a friend. Wow, they did an amazing job!! They suggested the length and hair colors that worked best for my hair. And each of them worked on half of my head at the same time, so it didn't take a lot of time. I got a full head of extensions, a wash and a dry, all in 2 hours! They did such a professional job that no one can tell that I have extensions! My hair is long and beautiful! I highly recommend them! I'll definitely be back! Pros: Professional expertise. They even validate parking! more
