I had toothache for a couple days before deciding that I had to go see a dentist and they were willing to squeeze me in that day for an emergency appointment. I was very impressed with the professionalism shown to me by the dentist, Susan Chang, DDS. Also, it seems like they have state of the art dental equipments as the x-rays I took were directly inputted to the computer. Unfortunately, because of my insurance issues, I was not able to have my dental work done there. I would have rated them a 5 star had my trip ended there. However, the receptionist called me back a couple weeks later and tried to sway me to go back there for my dental work. Even after explaining to her that I found better options because of my insurance issues, she was persistent in trying to get me to go back there. There's really no reason why she has to be so pushy and why she had to badmouth other dentists to try to get me to go back to them. I might have considered going back there because of the high tech equipments and general excellent professionalism of the dentist, but because of the receptionist's behavior, there's zero chance that I go back.
