Why the owner hired a bunch of untrained kids and threw them in there I do not know. Any food you order takes forever, the little blond girl bartender doesn't know how to make any drinks, you ask for extra bread with your all you can eat meal ""oh we cant do that"" you ask for a box ""oh we can't do that"" you ask to talk to a manager and they won't even give you a phone number. I don't understand, why have a waitress if she never comes back to check up on you? I am not one of those impossible to deal with customers either, it takes a lot to piss me off so much as to complain and leave a review but others should definitely know. The food is good and priced right but I can get the same good tasting food, good prices, better service and better atmosphere at ""The Loose Wheel"" on 6th Ave. I will NOT be going back to cheers west! more

Amber was incompetent in handling my complaint on a Wednesday night. She had no comment cards, or contact info for the owner. I have been coming around since before and after the great upgrade with new owner. I knew the one item I enjoyed ordering well. I let Amber know on 7/27/11 that it came different than it had before. I had clarified with the waitress last time I was a month or so ago that it was still the same as it had been even though the menu was missing items and she had confirmed. Now suddenly that is not how it comes. That is fine if that is how it is going to be, but Amber could have just assured me she would make it clear across the board to her waitresses. Instead she told me twice that since she's been there, that's the way it has been. That does nothing to help the problem. The other issue was that the same drink I've ordered there before, a Tequila Sunrise, has been a well drink. It was ladies night and I expected it to be a well on special. I was wrong and that was that I suppose according to Amber again. Our soccer team won't be back and I hope someday Amber learns how to handle making a business thrive, apologize, and keep patrons. more

But crap service,,,if all you want is drinks (the money maker) the service is fine.I live across the street from cheers west,so when we go out to eat we drive past this place that has such bad service....and thats to bad great food there,so if ya want crap service and good food this is the place to go!!!!!\r Edit - Delete more

Nice people, and a moderate sized dance floor. They have a great band that plays on certain nights, but sometimes Saturdays can be kind of sparse. Nice bouncers and fast bartenders, although their prices are high. One of the better places I'd say. Pros: Good mix of people, Nice staff, Lots of tables Cons: High drink prices, Crowd doesn't mingle more

Good night spot in T-Town. One of few good places to go dancing. Good DJ, drinks, and pool tables. Thursday night is usually packed, so if you are looking for a packed club check it out. more

Cheers always has one night a week that is jumping, it's usually Thursday night. The weekend is hit or miss. Over all if you are looking for a place to dance or shoot some pool Cheers is the place to go. more
