1. Getting an itemized bill required following up multiple times over several weeks, but when I did, I learned that they had overcharged me.
2. My appointment was for a cleaning, but they let me show up even though the hygienist was out because they wanted to do the dental exam. Had to return for the cleaning.
3. Told me I needed three fillings that the dentist I saw just three months ago did not mention, and she said the one the previous dentist told me to get fixed didn't need it. I didn't know who to trust, so I followed her advice, but then had to return to have one of the fillings fixed a week or so later.
