Visiting from CA, and decide to end my evening at Casa. Make it there a full 67 minutes before closing time, we waited a full 3 minutes before being to they were no longer serving. They then changed the sign to close. There are way better Mexican places in B-ham (for vegs and not), and I will make it a point to visit them from now on. + Why is it so hard to make a vegan potato burrito? i never saw the skeezy filth, and ive never been afraid to order or eat there, even my 80 year old grandma loves the place. ive been going at least once a month to get my potato burrito fix, since i moved to bellingham 3 years ago. ive never been treated badly, or had trouble getting any service. Pros: can get busy and crowded at meal time Cons: amazing food at a great price more

Read about this on the internet and decided to check it out... it was dirty and sleezy. It may be cheap, but we were afraid to order anything after seeing how dirty it was! Cons: Dirty and and sleezy more

Best 'lime on the rocks' ever! 3/29/2006

Casa has great cheap yummies and very good 'ritas. However I feel Abe's response to the no smoking ban was rather childish, I voted for it and the MAJORITY has spoken! Please respect our wishes to not ingest second hand smoke along with our tasty tacos more

Delicious pseudo-Mexican food 10/24/2003

Casa Que' Pasa has a great selection of delicious burritos. They're especially known for their 16 oz. potato burrito which is absolutely magical. Customers bus their own tables and pay prior to being served. The staff is friendly and willing to suggest. Their prices are great and food arrives quickly. This is the place all the locals go to get burritos. Try the Potato Burrito, their speciality. Cheap food, huge portions, friendly staff. You have to bus your own tables after you are done - ultamately you save money through this. They have a great bar with (I think) 100 different kinds of tequilla to order. Pros: Food, Bar, Atmosphere Cons: Self-Bus more

Yes, the potato burrito 1/30/2003

Having grown up in Bellingham, when I think about visiting home, the potato burrito comes before both family and friends. Casa Que Pasa may not be authentic Mexican, but it is simply the best restaurant Bellingham has, and also one of the cheapest. Plus, while it offers meals for meat-eaters, it's a haven for vegetarians and vegans alike. And although there really isn't "service," this helps compliment the relaxed, inviting atmosphere of the place. Pros: Potato burrito, Relaxed environment, Great food but cheap more
