Grant, the agent who walked me through the entire process, was not just helpful, he was honest, upfront, friendly, and he even helped to explain the entire process of going through the insurance company to me. At Brown Brothers I felt that I was more than a customer, I felt that I was family. Grant took care of all the trouble of going through the insurance company and slicing through the red tape. I had absolutely no stress through the entire process Brown brothers took care of everything. more

I got my car back in a very reasonable time and now it looks better than ever!!! In conclusion, I would feel no doubt in saying that Brown Brothers is the best body shop in the Los Angeles area. more

Not only did they do a phenomenal job, but they also took all the stress off my back, and they provided me with one of the best customer service experiences that I ever had. I challenge anyone to find a more honest, friendly, and affordable firm in the auto industry. Brown Brothers gets 5 stars for going way above and beyond the call of duty. more

They were able to repair all the damage 8/1/2011

Grant and Scott are professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Within minutes, the paint from the other car was buffed off. They were able to repair all the damage with a quick turnaround so I wasn't without a car long. This is the second time I have come here--I wish that I had known about them earlier since other places either do shoddy work, charge a fortune, or take forever. more

I recommend this place over ANY other 7/28/2011

I just took my lexus rx400h in here to get some body repair work done and I had the best experience ever! They are so genuinely nice and professional! They have extremely reasonable prices for exceptional work! This place is the best! My car looks brand new!!! I recommend this place over ANY other! more

Over all Brown Brothers is a great shop 7/12/2011

the car looked better than new. In addition to an excellent repair job, they detailed my car inside and out, and gave it a buffing and waxing which smoothed out the orange peal present in areas they didnt even work on. Over all Brown Brothers is a great shop, with very friendly and honest staff. more

a friend referred me over to Brown Brothers 7/11/2011

a friend referred me over to Brown Brothers saying they do great work. The day I brought my car in they wrote me an estimate, had it printed, and in my hands in minutes. They explained all my options to me and advised me on any pos or cons. At the same time they had arranged a pickup by a local car rental place so I could get on with my day. They told me that the car was going to be complete on Thursday afternoon around 3pm. Thursday morning they phoned me and informed me the car would be ready by noon if I wanted to grab it on my lunch. more

Talk about pimp my ride 6/13/2011

Talk about pimp my ride!?! i must say, i was really worried that my klunker would never be the same after my accident. i was so amazed with the end result that i almost thought they slipped me a new car. detailed and all, maybe accidents are blessings in disguise after all.... not really. it was seriously hard to imagine that just a couple of weeks ago, my trunk was literally pushed in a few feet and i was unable to drop my top. so happy with the quality of work and professionalism of Brown Brothers! more

we went with Brown Bros 6/10/2011

We have used Brown Bros 3 times in the last 15 years...and they have always been stellar. Having to take your car in to get fixed is never fun, but they are so nice and trustworthy - can't recommend them highly enough -- I got 3 estimates - 2 were practically identical (Brown Bros and Collision Craft) and one was crazy ($1,000 more than the other 2 - see my review for LA CarGUY) and we went with Brown Bros and were extremely pleased. more

They were professional 6/9/2011

GREAT BODY SHOP. GLAD I FOUND THEM!!!! Believe it or not, I was hit by two different people within one week of each other and neither one of them had insurance! Since both the people were paying out of pocket for the repairs, I had to find the best price and quality I could. Brown Brothers not only gave me the lowest price but they had my car done in record time! The other shops I went to wanted at least a week to do a little repair and paint on my truck, Brown Brothers had it done in 3 days, and the work was flawless! And they gauranteed the work for as long as I own my car on top of the great service. Funny thing - there's a bad review on here from a guy named JIM C. This guy must be a nut case. after dropping my car off, only then did I check the YELP reviews. I was concerned about the claim this guy makes about pending lawsuits so I went to the Bureau of Automotive Repairs website to find that Brown Brothers has ZERO, I repeat, ZERO complaints against them! JIM C. should get his facts straight. I think it's awful that someone would use this forum to slander a good shop like Brown Brothers. They were professional, comfortable to deal with and did what they said they'd do. more

He was very helpful 6/8/2011

I came out of Target one day to find my passenger rear door had some huge scratches against it. After trying to take it out by using some scratch remover products & failing miserably, I took the car into a place nearby for an estimate...$650! This was with a discount! I found out from friends that this is a pretty standard rate as they needed to repaint the entire door b/c the scratches were deep. I figured at this point, if it's going to cost me $650 to take out scratches, I'll just take it to my dealership. I called my Acura dealer to set up an appt. They referred me to Brown Bros b/c they handle all of their bodyshop work. Before I got to Brown Bros, I noticed that the lower left front of my bumper had some deep scratches prob from when I drove off of a curb one day in a really tight driveway w/another car. It looked like that also caused the front left bumper area to go slightly out of place. I was't looking forward to the price when I dropped it off, but they gave me an estimate of $523...for everthing! Obviously, I am super satisfied. My car came back looking great. And they gave it a car wash. Turns out my car was literally rear ended not 8 days later. I'm beginning to think people have it out for my car! Guess I'll be taking it back to Brown Bros. one more time. Be sure to ask for Terry...he's the manager! He was very helpful & made the whole process super easy. more

I would highly recommend this business 6/6/2011

HONEST, EXCELLENT QUALITY AND RELIABLE I recently had my Infiniti EX35 rear bumper repaired. I was involved in a rear -end collision and I had my choice of auto body shops in Los Angeles. I decided on a small shop vs' a large shop. I wanted that one on one customer service experience. That is what you will receive here at Brown Brothers. I like the fact you can call them and have a live person answer the phone and that will be the manager Grant. Grant walked me through the entire process and informed me about the insurance companies red tape. Grant gave me an ETA on my car and it was on time and didn't have a single problem with the quality and service. My car looks exactly as it did when I first drove it of the dealership's lot. I would highly recommend this business. It's hard to find honest and reliable people in auto repair, sales and service these days. However, you will get that here at Brown Brothers. more
