Bombaii Cutters-Hair Design

I have been to this salon many times over the years and have always had a great experience, with the exception of the one time that I encounter Sophia B. She was not my stylist but her presence was nothing but intrusive, insulting, inappropriate and unprofessional overall. Allegations made against the owner are completely false, I was a bartender at the bar referenced by Sophia in her review and can say that the owner of Bombaii is professional at all times and does not patronize the bar during work hours. Certainly not looking to pick up men. Take a look at yelp to see a duplicate review by this person, clearly looking to slander the owner that let her go for lack of work ethic. Bombaii Cutters is an excellent choice for any salon services for young and old. \r \r It is important to support local small businesses especially one like Bombaii that has provided such great service as well as participated in the community for over 30 years. more

I don't understand this last review: from a woman named Sophia .I have worked at Bombaii Haircutters for 33 years and this Sophia actually worked here. . she was not a client. I have known the owner for over thirty three years and the idea that she would hang out of a bar all day is ridiculous she's the most hard working person I have ever met in my whole life and she is not difficult to work for or I wouldn't be here. There's also other people that have worked here for a long time as well and we get enough positive reviews to tell you that we are all good hairdressers. We all work as a team and love our jobs and the owner is great to us ! We are looking to add another talented hairdresser to our team so if you would like to know more call Bombaii And apply. This salon is the place to go in KIRKLAND.they do a variety of all the latest services. They are open 7 days a week .\r You can walk-in in or make a appointment . They are right downtown in Kirkland, in the summer the whole front of salon opens up to the outside with makes it feel like your part of the whole downtown Kirkland scene. They do great work and stand by their services and products. I have been getting my hair cut here for over 5 years. And have tried several of their Stylists they are open 7 days a week so you see a variey of girls working there on different days, ,many of them partime only . I have tried many of them ,but My favorite two stylists are Deanna and Brenna I understand both of them have been with Bombaii way over 15 years.\r They all have done a great job and always manage to work me in at the last minute. I suggust you give them a try too. The salon offers a 7 day service guarntee... the owner is there 7 days a week and is always available to help you if you have any questions about your services.\r I highly recondmend this salon, they have coupons on -line with some great deals -\r Thats how I first heard about them. \r more

Worst experience!!! Stay away, bad owner=bad business! Stylist leave running, very high turn over! You never get same stylist! Only 2 have been there a few years there terrible stylists! Stay away! Owner is at bar next door to her salon nearly every day!!! 88 Kirkland salon was great, all stylist have been very long, very talented! more

I love the location of this salon but most of all I go there because of Rosie. I've been around the block with stylists, but Rosie listens, and understands what will work for you. She get's what you will be able to maintain on a daily basis and does not push her ideas on you. Rosie does amazing cuts, color and all of the unique things that make you look and feel special - everytime! She's great with young and old alike! SHE IS JUST GREAT! more

I have been going to another salon for a while and got sick of spending a fortune and never leaving happy....started to think it was me! Then I called the day before and got an appt with Chrissy and I just wanted a haircut and told her about my color issues too. more

Personally, I have been a customer at Bombaii Cutters in Kirkland for 15 years and both my children are also. I have never had a problem with service and enjoy the birthday greetings they give me each year! I have confidence that if I were ever dissatisfied with my service in any way that the management would make sure things were made right. As a customer, you have the right to ask for a manager if you are not happy. There is nothing wrong with demanding satisfaction when you are paying money for a service...within reason of course! more

I figured I'd get the best price since I brought my son in to get his haircut but had never come in myself. WRONG. They said ""I was not a new customer"" What a scam. more

Just went in and paid $45 for ""designers cut"". Then to see them hanging a sign for $25 haircuts as I'm walking out the door. Went back in and was told I was pretty much out of luck and that I could take a coupon for next time. Sorry to say there won't be a next time! What a scam! more

I've gone to Bombaii twice and can I just say they are fantastic?!! I need to give special attention to Courtney (cute brunette with nose ring) as she's done a fantastic job twice. I live on the Eastside and of course it's yuppy nation over here and I could be considered one of them. Good service and a very clean salon is what I expect. Although a small boutique salon, they have great atmosphere and fantastic customer service. I tend to think since they're more boutique style, they care more about their clients. I saw every staff member in there treat each client with respect and gave enough attention without being over bearing or a nuisance. Finally I found a great salon and am really happy with the service and I will be a repeat customer. Pros: Good price/Friendly, Attention to detail, Good customer service more

I stumbled upon this website after searching for more information about Bombaii's addition to services such as there new line of hair extensions and ive been a client for some time now and noticed a negative comment that needed to be justified! This salon has been in downtown kirkland for 26 years and is highly reputable. Newly remodled and absolutely gorgious. See on the web site yourself. True, that they have a high turnover but as said before, don't feel ackward asking for a stylist that has been there for some amount of time. I don't go to one inparticular person, i usually walk in and they are excellent at accomidating me even if one of the stylists has to stay late. Anyways I highly reccomend going/looking and checking it out for yourself. Pros: Availabilty, Open 7 days a week, Good Experience Cons: Parking is challaging more
