Bestway Shoe Hospital has moved to 51st & Harvard, SE corner next to Starbucks thanks to the highway taking over that land. When I entered about 2:15pm on a Wednesday, Sean was polite and asked how he could help me today? Of course, I briefly explained to him that the soles and heels needed to be replaced. Then I paid for the work upfront. He takes cash or credit cards. After paying cash, when I picked up my shoes in about 2 days they looked great! Much better then what the shoe store sold me. It is almost as if they make weak shoes so you will just go buy a new pair. However, it is nice to have a perfectionist working on my shoes and if the sole wears down I know where to bring them when needed. Depending on what you have to fix take it in and have him look at it, if he can fix it he will let you know. \r Thank you Bestway Shoe Hospital, you are just what the shoe doctor ordered. more

Very unprofessional 7/20/2011

I wish I had read fjp476 review before going to this shop. I had several items that I needed repaired but decided to only take in one to see what kind of work he did. Had 2 zippers replaced on my wife's purse and it cost me $30. The zippers were stiff and when I went back I talked nice to him and explained they were too stiff for my wife. He told me there was nothing wrong with the zippers and I told him to compare them with the other zipper which was a lot easier to open. He ranted and raved. He has some problems. I went to a shop, Myer's Shoe Repair, in Broken Arrow and got all 3 zippers replaced for $12 and they work fine. more
