Best Buy San Jose At Santana Row

On Sunday 12 July 2009 I called the Santana Row store many times during business hours. The phone rang many many times, and no one answered. I made at least 3-4 calls, and let it ring until it timed out. Terrible!!!! more

Bought the 2 year protection plan for my Sony Camera. It broke and when I took it to the store they sent it off to get repaired and did not replace it like I was told when I bought the protection plan. When it was sent off I was told they would expidite it and would be ready in 7-10 days....30 days later I recieved my camera. Now 6 months later the same issues are happening plus the bottom battery cover is broken and cannot stay closed. I took it back for the second time and was again told they could not replace it but would send it out to get fixed. I complained about the lack of customer support and how the protection plans are very misleading. He just laughed and did nothing. Never been so disrespected by management. If you are looking to purchase electronics with tech support and protection options DO NOT GO TO BESTBUY. Costco has my sales from now on. more

Horrible service. If your parent purchased a computer for you and they live out of town and you cannot give in person the credit card used for the purchase, you cannot get the computer which is Ridiculous. They want the credit card in person and the person who purchased it, so unless you live in san jose, don"t let your parents purchase from best buy. Go to Fry's or Circuit City, they're wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy more practical. more
