Bought the 2 year protection plan for my Sony Camera. It broke and when I took it to the store they sent it off to get repaired and did not replace it like I was told when I bought the protection plan. When it was sent off I was told they would expidite it and would be ready in 7-10 days....30 days later I recieved my camera. Now 6 months later the same issues are happening plus the bottom battery cover is broken and cannot stay closed. I took it back for the second time and was again told they could not replace it but would send it out to get fixed. I complained about the lack of customer support and how the protection plans are very misleading. He just laughed and did nothing. Never been so disrespected by management. If you are looking to purchase electronics with tech support and protection options DO NOT GO TO BESTBUY. Costco has my sales from now on.
