I had great experience with barrington Florist. They have gorgeous Ecuadorian roses, and always a great selection of colors. Their prices are pretty reasonable and they have created some gorgeous custom arrangements for me. I've used them regularly over the last few years and have never been disappointed. Worst customer service possible -- flowers never delivered!! 6/16/2008

I ordered a large flower arrangement for Mr. Wang's funeral, only to find out that the flowers were never received. After talking to the employees and delivery driver, I found out that the delivery driver was told to go to the funeral home 2 hrs early, whereby he ""dropped of the flowers with some Asian guy because the name on the flowers was Wang"". When I tried to get my money refunded, the owner refused, saying that she had to pay the driver and pay for the basket and flowers, so she could only give me $70 back instead of the full $155. I have never encountered such poor customer service and complete irrationality from a store owner. Order at your own risk! Cons: Poor customer service more

If you're in need of flowers this is the place to order from. The selection and arrangements are unique and special. I've ordered birthday flowers, new baby arrangements, and others and have always had great service. more
