6 month system checkup 1/16/2015

Technician was very informative, and did a great job. Patrick did suggest a surge protector in which I was unaware one was not originally hooked up. Nice discount savings of 40 dollars due to the Club Member price. Living in Florida, the lightning capital of the U.S., one must protect their system from the surge of electricity from lightning. Matthew N., from Acree Air was here today and I must say he did an excellent job for me. H understood that at this time of year we do not have "extra" money for A/C repairs. He managed to get my 14 year old unit up and running again by some creative wiring. At least for now I have heat and air until I can save up to replace this old unit. I really appreciate the extra effort he put in to helping me out of a tight situation. Dale G. more

Fast service-Not rip-offs 8/3/2005

We had this company come out to check our A/C unit, which we thought would need to be replaced. To our amazement, they said it just needed servicing (cleaning) and we may get another 3 -4 years out of it. Our unit is 13 years old, so we were shocked they didn't try to sell us a new $6000 unit. It's been working fine, and if you join their "VIP" club (I think it is $70, but well worth it), they will put you first on the list for service or repair, and they are open and working 365 days a year 7am - 11pm.
