I took my car here last week for a simple oil change and tire rotation. While they had it, they called me and told me that my front brakes were worn down to only 10% life and my timing belt was overdue for replacement, stating that the manufacturer recommended it be done at 90k miles. Thankfully I knew better for the timing belt -- I verified in the maintenance documentation that it was due at 60 and 120k instead. Already miffed about this, I went to do the brakes myself instead of letting them do it, and found that my brake pads were in nearly new condition. Not only that, but they cross-threaded a bolt on one of my tires in the process of performing the tire rotation. I definitely will not be bringing my car here again due to the dishonesty and sloppy work.
