My dad was a manager back when it was Seattle First National Bank... then Seafirst... now Bank of America. At one point, Bank of America bought out Seafirst. I still accidentally call our locations Seafirst.
Anyway, I really like Bank of America because there are SO MANY locations. Most of the tellers I've had experience with are friendly. The branch located in the grocery store near where I live is the best. One guy is very polite, remembers my name, and always says, "That's not necessary," when I show him my i.d. because he knows me. Heh.
They have a good online banking service where you can link all of your accounts together.

I've known Brian and Jim personally for years before I became a client with Absolute Return Solutions. They've earned a 5-star rating in my opinion for the following reasons:

I'm one of those people who has had to make a few claims on my insurance. First couple claims were painful with Progressive -dealing with 1-800's etc. Now I use Rick and everything gets done with one phone call. He is amazing. I got my car stolen and Rick took care of everything. I had a rental car within an hour and a check in no time! It really pays to have an agent as one point of contact with the insurance company. Especially one that is on top of things like Rick. Call him and simplify your life.

I have nothing but praise for Ted Robinson at Cleveland Street Mortgage, he was able to get us great rates and can handle hard transactions (like remodel/construction financing) or simple re-fi's. He's also great about communicating email vs. requiring everything to be done over the phone.

I found Chuck Wade through my agent and he was possibly the only good resource my agent referred me to (though that is another review). Chuck was friendly and helpful, though perhaps a bit too persistent when I was still deciding on a lender.
However, in the end, he gave a good comparison, good tips on comparing to some other offers and a great rate.
He's a good guy and I recommend you give him a try.
