I came in to AA Auto to have my car looked at for a few issues it was having. When I walked in, I was immediately attended to with a calm friendly attitude. I have been to auto repair shops in the past where I felt rushed and talked into spending more money than needed. At AA Auto, my car got in quickly and I was explained to in a patient manner of what was needed be fixed and why. All the issues my car was having got fixed within the time I was told. They made me feel very comfortable and best of all, my car is running great thanks to AA Auto. I highly recommend taking your car in regarding any mechanical issues you may be having.

I dont know what that one guy was talking about,as he's way off base & none of that is true, I am female and been in the office many times when its been very busy; nothing but respectful people. The prices are about the same as any other shop in town also. They have my vote!

Dropped my car off for servicing and to take care of an annoying indicator light on tire pressure. Turns out the spare was low in tire pressure. The folks took care of it, along with the servicing/oil change. I'm good for another 3 months. Good people that know what they are doing.

I took my Toyota here for the first time because a friend of my recommend the place. I'm sure glad I came here because not only did they quote me much lower then other places I went to but they were very quick on getting everything repair and me back on the road.

I have been a customer since 1991, I have been more than satisfied with the quality of service. I trust the quality if the work that is done here. Mike Peck(the owner) has gone over and above the call of duty many times to help me, he has even come out to help me when I have locked my keys in the car!
It is a clean and well run business. I can call and ask questions about my car and get an well informed answer.
When I bring my car in for routine service my car is returned to me without mechanic's grease on the interior and the seats have been covered in plastic to protect them from grime. If there is anything that needs to be repaired that wasn't expected I am called ahead of time and it is discussed with me so I can make an informed decision for my car and my budget.
This place is honest and reliable. I recommend it to all my friends.

My experiences with chain auto repair places for the most part have not been good, but this place has definitely won me over. I first went when I was losing air from one of my tires and thought it needed to be replaced. I went to Les Schwab just because they were close to my house. Rather then selling me tires I asked for but did not need, they fixed the leak and rotated my tires for free. I had never bought anything from them before and they helped me out anyway. My wife recently brought her car there because the brakes were making noise. Turns out the brakes were fine and just needed to be cleaned. Once again there was “no charge”. If you’re looking for tires / auto repair and want to feel safe your not getting screwed, these guys are the real deal.
